I have a proven track record of strategy development combined with corresponding product and go-to-market implementation for exponential growth and market disruption, especially in the area of High-tech, Mobility Services and enterprise Software-as-a-Solution (SaaS) implementations. Successful execution of multiple M&A transactions on the buy and sell side, including carve-out's and MBO’s belong to my expertise portfolio as well.
